Cul­tu­ral In­sti­tu­ti­on for Eve­r­yo­ne!

§1

The as­sem­bly alone holds the de­cis­i­on-ma­king power.

§2

The as­sem­bly mee­tings are tem­po­ra­ri­ly li­mi­ted. They begin at 5 pm and end by 9 pm the la­test.

§3

The de­cis­i­on is brought about through vote.

§3.1

If ne­cess­a­ry a multi-le­veled vo­ting pro­ce­du­re is used.

§4

Every per­son pre­sent has exact­ly one vote per round.

§5

The num­ber of pro­po­sals up for dis­cus­sion in each as­sem­bly mee­ting is li­mi­ted to 8.

§5.1

If the num­ber of pro­po­sals for an as­sem­bly mee­ting is hig­her than 8, 8 pro­po­sals are cho­sen by lot at the be­gin­ning of the as­sem­bly mee­ting.

§6

The phy­si­cal pre­sence of the ap­pli­cants is man­da­to­ry for pro­po­sing a pro­ject for elec­tion.

§6.1

In ex­cep­tio­nal cases ap­pli­cants can ap­point a re­pre­sen­ta­ti­ve to pre­sent.

§7

The pre­sent po­li­cy can be chan­ged by the as­sem­bly.
